There has been a rash of "new homes" in which the homebuilders cut corners and the homes became unlivable. This house is the extreme opposite! Building materials are included in sale. Two HVAC units, concrete blocks, drywall, wood/metal studs, tub and faucets and some plumbing, flooring, wall/roof insulation, tile for one of the bathrooms, and washer/dryer all included. In backyard, previous foundation slabs are saved to create a uniquely beautiful paver patio off of the poured concrete 12'x12' concrete patio. All permits are active, all contractors are registered with the city, possess all proper insurances, and know what to do to proceed. All a buyer has to do is bring their wallet, and after that, about 2-3 months later, the house will be done.
